We Are Committed To Delivering Your Order Accurately, In Good Condition, And Always On Time.

What all locations do we ship?

We provide shipping and cover all postal codes in India, including over 350 cities across India.

Postal codes not covered by any Courier Company will be shipped by Speed Post. So if the shipping address is in India – yes we can ship your order.

Delivery Duration

Majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM on a working day, are shipped the next day.

Shipping Days

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

If you have ordered on Sunday (or Public Holiday), order confirmation happens on next working day.

Delivery to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises

Our Courier personnel are experienced at making deliveries to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises.

However, please be aware to make the following information available to us during order placement:

  • Hostel/Building name
  • Full address and Landmark
  • Telephone number of the recipient
  • The name of the recipient
  • Room/Cubicle/Floor number of the recipient

The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the delivery person. The order can be handed over to security person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.

Delivery at Remote Locations

Orders can be delivered only in the serviceable postal codes. If you are not sure, feel free to contact us to confirm if we deliver to your postal code.

How many delivery attempts are made?

Once The delivery of the products ordered will be attempted only once at the address as provided in the order. In case where delivery is not done due to following reasons, our Logistic partners would hold the package at their warehouse for next 24 hours before dispatching it back to us:

  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Incorrect contact or extension number; contact number not working / no reply / not reachable.
  • The recipient refused the products.

In such cases, you shall contact our customer service to reschedule the package delivery, with max delivery attempts as three.

Notification on shipment of order

You will be notified on the Website, in your account. You can check the same by logging on to your account. You will be notified over email and/or SMS as well.
